Chilli Sauce

500g Vitamised Chillis (Use Vinegar to help Liquify the mixture. 1/4l)
2 Bulbs Garlic Vitamised with about 1/4l Vingegar.
3 Roots Ginger (300g) Or use 1 Jar crushed Ginger and 1 Jar crushed Garlic. ( No Vinegar)
1 kg Sugar

Put all ingredients into a large Pot, and bring to the Boil.
Simmer for 20 Minutes. Place into sterilised Jars.

Makes 5-6 (375g) Peanut Jars.
